Sacred Valley Tour
The sacred valley includes numerous archaeological Inka sites and offers the opportunity to you to enjoy a matchless landscape and enjoy the Peruvian food in surroundings of total tranquility.
Excursion begins at 8:00 a.m.
We will pick you up from your hotel, hostel etc in the morning around 8:10am, we will then proceed to the archaeological complex of Pisaq which shows the majestic abilities of the Inkas, in addition you will be able to appreciate all the Urubamba valley from the top of the complex, later we will visit the artisan market of Pisaq (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) where you will be able to make purchases of handycrafts of very good quality.
We will continue through the valley up to the small town of Urubamba where we will stop for lunch buffet, we will continue on to the Inka town of Ollantaytambo which conserves its streets with Inka houses. Will rise to the top of the archaeological site of the same name to appreciate the majesty and beauty that it has to offer.
Later we will continue to the town of Chinchero where we will be able to appreciate the best of Inka textiles with the same style that has been done there for 500 years.
During the excursion you will visit:
- Pisaq Archeological site.
- Pisaq market (Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday).
- Ollantaytambo archaeological site.
- Chinchero colonial village, church, site and Andean market.
The tour ends around 6:30 p.m., close to Main Square
